Rush services are available when deadlines are urgent.

At Mountain Top Mental Health, we provide immigration evaluations to support individuals and families navigating the immigration process.

By providing thorough, trauma-informed, and timely evaluations for our clients, we help to strengthen their cases and increase the likelihood that they will be granted the desired outcome.

Though we cannot guarantee that a psychological evaluation will give any outcome, it will give your case a stronger base and is likely to be more compelling to judges and immigration officials.

We Provide Evaluations For:

  • Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601, I-601A)
Showing how a qualifying relative would face exceptional hardship if their loved one were deported.

  • Asylum Cases
Documenting the psychological effects of persecution, trauma, or torture to support a claim for asylum.

  • VAWA, U Visa, and T Visa Cases
Evaluating the emotional and psychological impact of domestic violence, sexual assault, or other crimes.

  • Cancellation of Removal
Demonstrating the impact of deportation on U.S. citizen children, spouses, or parents.

What is an immigration evaluation?

An immigration evaluation is a professional psychological assessment used in legal immigration cases.
It documents the emotional, psychological, and relational impact of a potential immigration decision — such as separation, deportation, or return to a dangerous environment.

Our evaluations are impartial, evidence-based, and written in a way that judges, attorneys, and immigration officials can clearly understand.
